What is the issue you’re encountering

Cache is dynamic which wasn’t problem few years ago on cloudflare. Percent Cached is only 17.41% (dashboard)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m using WP Fastest Cache and Cloudflare

Caching on cloudflare is standard, TTL 6 months, Smart Caching enabled

Cache rules are not enabled because i don’t know if it ruin my wordpress (specifically wp admin bar)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try to us redbot (like on screen).

If you can help with other warnings then i will be grateful.

Cache is dynamic

Cloudflare doesn’t cache html files by default. You can force Cloudflare to cache the pages with Cache Rules, but you should be aware that this will most likely break your site unless you really know what should and shouldn’t be cached.

You will also need to manually clear the Cache whenever you make changes or post new content.

Cloudflare also offers a Wordpress Plugin to automatically do this. It costs 5$ per month and is also included in the Pro plan.
