My site is not active on Cloudflare

It has been a couple of hours and if I do a dig insbots.com, it shows that Cloudflare is already configured as my ns:

The page shows ‘Pending nameserver update’

Any idea?

Verisign says you have not updated WHOIS with the new name servers. NS records aren’t going to work in this case.

Hi, thanks for your response. So I should just wait? I have changed the setting on my AWS account several hours ago.

Amazon WHOIS also says you haven’t properly set the Name Servers.

Depends on where you changed them. A domain in Route 53 will only update the authoritative records for your zone if it’s showing up in the ‘registered domains’ section of R53: [image] If it’s simply a hosted zone, then r53 is acting as your authoritative DNS, and adding NS records there won’t activate CF (since CF needs to become the only authoritative DNS source). If it doesn’t activate soon, you probably need to change the name servers at your registrar instead.

According to WHOIS, the registrar is Amazon, so I don’t know how well R53 takes care of this. Apparently not well.
