INFORSERVICE[DOT]FR

Thank you for your help.

Your domain appears to be using our nameservers:

And we are responding for it:

What I see when I request the domain in a browser is essentially telling me that you have no DNS record defined for your “apex” (sometimes called root or naked domain) so your website won’t load.

To fix this, read this guide:

Hello,
Thank you for your quick feedback.
The necessary has been done but I have this message now on the web browser.

An error occurred during a connection to inforserviceDOTfr

It looks like you have a 522 error - click the 522 link here to see the guidance for this. Either your web server is down or firewalled, or you have the wrong IP address in your DNS settings.

Hello, the IP address is the right one.

You appear to have defined two records for your apex… do you have two servers on different IPs? If not, delete the incorrect record.

I’m not sure I understand because there is only one record A

Hi there,

Sorry to read you are having issues.

Seems that you are experiencing a redirect loop:

Let us know if you have any further questions, thank you!

Hello,
I confess that I am not comfortable with all this I made a request to my host to see if there was a redirection in HTTPS if that does not solve the problem and by what I do not know enough I would be obliged to pass the NS on that of my host.

Problem solved, thanks to all
