My site is down due to issues with SSL

I see many threads regarding the error:

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

My site has been fine for over a year then this error started showing up and now my site is inaccessible. There have been no changes on my server and my searches for threads with the same error make me think that this is just a problem that happens occasionally for people and they get around it by stop using Cloudflare. So, with that in mind, is the only solution to stop using Cloudflare?

Are you able to share your domain so we can take a look?

Also, are you able to post a full screenshot of the SSL/TLS app of your Cloudflare dashboard?

There is also a community tip on this:

so, my account got put on hold and I cannot post…I’m not sure if it’s because it was my first post and I didn’t respond back right away. So, I opened a new account with the same name. Can you please unblock the account so I can reply with my user account? If so, then I can send you a screenshot.

We don’t have access to unblock your account, however I will submit it for moderator attention so hopefully they will do it soon.

It shouldn’t be due to the response time, but I am not sure.

Can you try disabling Universal SSL at the bottom of that page, leaving it a couple of minutes and then enabling it again?

Just to follow up on this, your site seems to be working fine for me now:

So I guess it’s all sorted!

Sure, it’s vetbabble.com

Yes, it is fixed now but I wasn’t able to reply as my account was suspended after my initial post for over a day.
