What is the issue you’re encountering

My site is down after switching W3 Total Cache to Disk Enhanced. I can’t access wp-admin. I need Cloudflare to disable the plugin and remove any advanced-cache.php or caching rules it added.

Cloudflare can’t deactivate a plugin for you.

If you think that W3 Total Cache has caused an error on your site, you’ll need to go into your hosting panel or use sftp or ssh (if it’s the case) and delete the plugin folder plus remove any other files and .htaccess rules that it may have added.
