My root domain name, unable to use CNAME Flattening!
After filling in the alias, the cloud is gray. But I am query DNS and there is no parsing record for the root domain name.

There’s no record for the root domain. Can you post a screenshot of your DNS screen where it’s not working?

I’d recommend opening a support ticket. My suspicion is we are having trouble resolving the target of your @ record. Support can help to debug… you can test by changing the target to www.google.com or something and see if the behavior changes.

Has been resolved, do not know what the situation … may be the source domain name of the NS record is a problem, I changed the source domain name of the NS to Cloudflare is OK
