My R2 subscription is suspended due to billing issue, i cannot re-activate again

What is the issue you’re encountering

my r2 subscription is renewed every 26’th of the month and i receive a invoice first, i received on the day 20’th an charge of 320$ usd and since i dind’t loaded funds yet to my paypal account (i wait for day 26) now my r2 is suspended and there is no way to try the payment again

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I opened a ticket in billing department, but it has been 2 days without any response. I am unable to retry the payment manually even if i added an backup payment method, i am experiencing a service disruption since my R2 suscription is suspended due this.

Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
Navigate to the Billing section.
Verify that there is no pending invoices to pay
Attempt to access the R2 service.
Click “Add R2 subscription to my account” button.

not yet, i’m still unable to pay or retry the payment since there is no pending invoice or pay button

and “add r2 suscription” button doesn’t work

I honestly don’t know how a company as big as Cloudflare can be so inefficient in handling a billing issue

I have had my R2 subscription suspended since the 20th and they haven’t done anything to help me resolve the problem once and for all

I was even charged for this month and paid the bill, and guess what? I still can’t use my R2 and it won’t let me reactivate it either

Seeing messages from other people who are even business customers and they still don’t resolve them makes me very angry

@ikmal i am still waiting for a solution or at least an update about this problem

it’s coming to be 15 days with my r2 suspended, while i am losing clients and visitors daily

i don’t have any pending invoice

please help…
