What is the issue you’re encountering
my r2 subscription is renewed every 26’th of the month and i receive a invoice first, i received on the day 20’th an charge of 320$ usd and since i dind’t loaded funds yet to my paypal account (i wait for day 26) now my r2 is suspended and there is no way to try the payment again
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I opened a ticket in billing department, but it has been 2 days without any response. I am unable to retry the payment manually even if i added an backup payment method, i am experiencing a service disruption since my R2 suscription is suspended due this.

Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
Navigate to the Billing section.
Verify that there is no pending invoices to pay
Attempt to access the R2 service.
Click “Add R2 subscription to my account” button.
