My plan bussinnes cancel but the credit billing is missing

i have issue with my billing account, i just upgared to bussines plan but then got cancel by the system. At moment i saw that become credit billing, but then the credit is gone. And my account plan still free plan. please anyone can help me with this problem. thank you

The credit should be applied to your account and when your new business plan renews, applied to that. You will likely have to pay the first month again in full.

Here is my ticket number: 2804329

When first time upgraded to business plan, i have made a waiting room service and finishing poiting it to my domain. before i had time to testing it, my plan got cancelled, for now i can’t access configuring for waiting room but my website get into waiting room page :frowning: waiting room service is stuck on my domain if proxy status is activated, unless i have turn it off to dns only.

please i need solution for this issue immediately. thank you for the response

Thanks for the extra detail. You should be able to list and then delete the waiting rooms using the API if you need it removed urgently.

but can i get my credit back? yesterday i can see the credit balance in billing info, but after like 4-5 hours the credit balance is disappear before i can use it.

The credits are not something we can help with here, you need to wait on your ticket for that.

i try endpoint to update waiting room, and got message “code”: 1034, “message”: “Zone not entitled to this functionality”. does that mean my account doesn’t have that access?

Yes, that might mean the API is also checking the plan and not letting you make that update. I’ll escalate this issue to support but you won’t get a response until tomorrow unfortunately.
