My partner can't receive our e-mails

Hi Friends,
In fact for some time our partner [email protected] has been unable to receive our emails sent from our frao.org accounts. e-mails are sent but do not reach their destination at the partner’s.
please help me know what is the solution…

It sounds like Cloudflare DNS is properly configured for your domain, then. See if you can get some sort of mail admin to track down the mail issue between those domains.

I’m affraid I can’t . But we never received any message error regarding mail felevery.

Pouvez-vous m’éclaircir sur ces détails ?

1- Adresse e-mail du destinataire chez Koica ?

2- Arrivez-vous à vous connecter au webmail ?

3- Est ce que vous recevez un message d’erreur ?

4- prouvez-vous me dire Horodatage de l’envoi ?

5- utilisez vous Outlook pour l’envoi?
