My OWN IP address blocked

I have been denied access to my own website. My own IP address has been blocked. This is so irritating. Please help me understand how and why?

Access denied

What happened?

The owner of this website (zyro.com) has banned your IP address ({reacted}).

Cloudflare Ray ID: 6976a2a0efff0515 • Your IP: 41.216.202.144 • Performance & security by Cloudflare

I have not configured any rules. This happened out of the blue

That site is not using cloudflare atm, if you inadvertently purged it from your account, you should add it back

I have not changed any setting but how do I add it back?

It looks like it’s using a Hostinger integration with Cloudflare.

Yip. Hostinger and Zyro but I can not get in from any of these 2 platforms due to my access being denied to my own site

Ahhh…so you’re a Zyro customer with a site there, but they’re not letting you in. That wasn’t very nice of them. They have a contact email address: [email protected]

Are you the website owner? If so, create a firewall rule and set your IP to bypass. If not, then you’ll need to contact the site owner to de-blacklist your IP address
