My old version website loading

When i tried to load my home page , my previous version of website is loading and it happens occasionally in some of the devices

In few devices , it loads correct web page , but in some, it loads old version of my webpage

Any reasons why it is loading my old version ? i have purged the URL ,
still it shows old version in one of my device , ( cache cleared device)

I am a non-technical person , can you please share some tips to avoid happening in future

May I ask you to post and share your domain name in bracketed dot [.] notation here with us so we could double-check, troubleshoot and provide some feedback information?

Are you using WordPress and Cloudflare APO maybe?

Have you used Cloudflare for your domain since before with some kind of a 3rd-party service like eZoic, or like Shopify, or some kind of a hosting partner maybe?

Kindly, may I ask you to check out what option have you got selected by navigating to the Cloudflare dashboard → Caching → Configuration → find section “Browser Cache TTL” and make sure the selected option from the dropdown menu is “Respect Existing Headers”.

Furthermore, from the same menu, click on the blue button saying “Purge Everything” to flush the cache at Cloudflare Edge, just in case.

Wait for a minute or two.

Refresh a page in your Web browser, otherwise try clearing your Web browser cache or use a different Web browser to test out again.

Are you using some custom-made Page Rules with an option like Cache Level: Cache Everything?

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

I wonder if there are any HTTP cache headers being set and sent from your origin host/web server, since you could determine what kind of the resources you’re having on your Website / file extensions which are cached “by default” at the Cloudflare Edge on the link from below (CSS, JS, images…)
