My new DNS record isn't working

I’m trying to add a new DNS record to my domain, but I can’t get it to work.

Here is my DNS setup:

So far so straightforward. Now trying to query my domain returns NXDOMAIN (cass.ns.cloudflare.com is one of my two name servers - just querying it directly to rule out any caching issues)

I have the exact same problems with Cnames atm.

Same here. It’s like new CNAMEs are not actually created.

Having the same issue with A names.

Since i have a wildcard to a load balancer everything routes there. Any new A name do not work!

This issue has been escalate to support.

I am seeing a handful of tickets about a delay, if you have a ticket open and received an automatic reply, follow the steps indicated and if you still have issues please reply and indicate you’re still encountering the problem.

The new domains are not added to name servers either so I opened a ticket for support.

Is there a way at all to create a ticket or is that not available for free sites? If the latter, can those steps be reproduced in this thread? There’s a bunch of records not coming through for me, neither.

Same problem with TXT records too.

You’re right, thank you. Filed a support ticket, but I guess the problem is already clearly described in this thread.
