My main E-mail will be deleted soon

We will close our mail-server mail_steeringlab_de soon. So our main cloudflare E-mail: ad*__*@steeringlab_de. will be unreachable soon.

I try to use “invite user”-feature to invite user *It-st@ho-p_com’ with superAdmin-role
Yes, it invited. But in empty environment: no DNS, no web-sites, no records, no billing, no creditcard …

Question 1: Is it normal that I as new superAdmin do not see anything ?
Question 2: If i will change our main e-mail ad*__*@steeringlab_de. to new one, will I also lost everything? It’s quite dangerous for our company!

What shall I do?

This sounds like you may have accidentally made a new account. Please make a ticket or provide the ticket # so I can look into this further.
