My mailbox cannot receive the account verification email sent by cloudflare. I have made sure that I have added the cloudflare email to my email allowlist.

Same issue here. Found another thread that said it was a “Suppression” issue. That was "resolved Following your thread. Perhaps Cloudflare does this to get us to “upgrade” for official “Support”?

@shbckj I see the bounced emails & took steps to correct.

@danielmittan I show emails as delivered to your account. Can you ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected]?

I entered those there and they were suddenly deleted… like, automatically

I saw on another thread with this issue that someone from Cloudflare had to do something from their end as it was a “Suppression” issue. whatever they did, it was resolved.

On those threads where we indicate we see the bounced emails we remove the address from the suppression list. And yes, that resolves the issue of them being on the list.

No, we don’t & would not do that.

Most of the time for most issues, the Community can assist or using :search: customers are able to fix issues. Account, Billing and Registrar issues are where we need to refer you to Support. Even there, exceptions apply. Community can assist with account issues like suppression list & error 10000 permission issues pretty quickly. When personally identifiable information (like origin IP or email address as examples) needs to be exchanged, we cannot assist in this public forum.

No, not addresses you send email to, addresses that your origin server accepts emails from.

That is really odd and something you’d need to raise with your email provider, we cannot control their settings.

Sometimes we’ll see state patterns of injection, delay and then delivery or bounce. In the case of emails to your account, we’re showing delivery to your email server with no delay state involved.

When you ask your email provider as to why your settings are being changed, you should also ask them if they see any issues with emails from [email protected] and [email protected]

Unfortunately I cannot offer a lot more assistance. My colleague that has more visibility than I was also not able to see the emails bouncing. I’d check your spam folders and contact your email provider to see if they can see any issues. Sorry I am not able to help with this.

I have the same issue - cloudflare account verification mails are not sent to my inbox.
I just registered to the CF community and here, the mail verification was no issue.
Did my mails bounce?

@joullmann yes, you have the same symptoms as @danielmittan was experiencing. @danielmittan was your email provider able to assist you at all? I am now showing them as delivered.
