Troubleshooting done:
Confirmed IP is not on public blocklists (e.g., Project Honeypot).
Tested with alternate DNS (Google, Cloudflare) – same result.
No VPN or NAT issues; firewall rules block SMTP, WAN DNS requests, and limit abuse.
Issue occurs across multiple LAN clients.
I’ve already contacted the website owner and my ISP, but I’m hoping to confirm if my subnet or ASN is flagged in Cloudflare’s threat intelligence and advise on how to resolve this. If possible, I’d appreciate assistance in clearing my IP or subnet from any blocks.

The second site you shared does not support a secure connection so I cannot visit it. The first I can load withtout an issue.

Then you’re being blocked on some other attribute.

You were able to visit this site without an issue and it’s protect by Cloudflare.

When you contact the owner, share the ray id with them and from that they can determine why you were blocked,
