Hello Cloudflare, I have recently come across an issue of what I believe is my IP address being blacklisted from websites. After doing more research on the topic, it appears I must go through a hCaptcha every single time I want to access a website under your protection. I understand why you have these protective measures to stop bots and spammers but I am not a bot or a spammer and I am getting these hCaptcha checks on nearly every website. I truly do not understand why all this has happened to myself and I am looking for any guidance to resolve my issue. I have check and my IP address is whitelisted but I am still being forced to go through hCaptcha’s. Please help me if you are able to. Thank you.
Do you have a static or a dynamic IP address?
I am not entirely sure if my IP address is static or dynamic. I believe it is dynamic but again I’m not sure.
Do you still have issues when you renew the IP address?
Yes I am still having the issues.
If I gave my IP address would that help with this process?
That would suggest the entire IP blocked is flagged for abused. Possibly the ISP.

Can you change the address and try again? Just so we can rule out an issue with that address?

You just said you still have the issue when you renew the address. So I guess you’d know how to do that.

Can you unplug your Internet modem from power, wait five minutes, reconnect, and check if you have a new IP address.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but now every time I attempt to change the IP address my media disconnects and is unable to complete the action.
The question is, when you rebooted your modem, did the address change?
No it is still 184.108.40.206
Then you are likely to have a static IP address.
Anyhow, Cloudflare apparently determined that your IP address behaved in an abusive manner. You either contact your ISP to get a new one or make sure there is no abuse happening from your IP address.
