Is it something missing in my DNS settings?

You have no MX records for bellatrixk9training.com, so there’s no place to send incoming emails. That’s why you’re unable to receive emails.

You’ve only configured MX records for the subdomain mail.bellatrixk9training.com, which is handled by Mailgun.

Note that you cannot directly use the free Gmail to receive emails for your domain. You need to use the paid Google Workspace. If that’s what you’re using, you need to complete the Google Workspace setup wizard to activate Gmail for your domain (and add the necessary DNS records in the process).

Thanks George, I am using Google Workspace and after logging into Admin, I saw that I need to complete the setup wizard by selecting the Gmail option in Namecheap.

The problem there is because I’ve already transfered the Nameservers to Cloudflare I no longer have that option unless I change the nameservers back to Namecheap.

If I knew what the MX Records to add I could add them directly into Namecheap.

I don’t know how Nameheap integrates with Google Workspace, but if you have the option, you may save yourself a lot of headaches by managing your Google Workspace directly from the source at https://admin.google.com

See (select “Expand All” on Option 2): Troubleshoot MX records - Google Workspace Admin Help

Note that you’re going to need to add additional records besides the MX. You’ll need to tweak your current SPF(TXT) record else all outgoing emails will be rejected. You’ll also want to another TXT record for DKIM (this is something unique that you can only generate from your Workspace admin). And if your domain isn’t verified yet, you’ll need another record for that.
