My emails going to spam - URGENT HELP NEED!

I made adjustments to my website’s(exoticwoodzone com) SPF and DMARC settings yesterday. However, I’m facing an issue where emails sent from my business Gmail account to customers are now landing in the spam folder. I’ve attached my SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records here. Can someone assist me with resolving this matter?

I am afraid that is something you need to clarify with your mail host and not Cloudflare, as Cloudflare does not provide any outbound mail services.

However the entries you posted in your screenshot do seem to match what you seemingly were told to configure. So contact your mail host and ask them if any entries are missing or if you need to re-configure something.

The issue itself is not really Cloudflare related I am afraid.
