My emails are getting routed to spam/junk


We have been using G Suite for emails for some time now. Recently, we noticed that our emails are getting routed to many people’s spam/junk folders. We contact Google / G Suite…

Google support says to check with Cloudflare because it is a Cloudflare IP ( which is blacklisted by Suomispam Reputation. So what do we do? Thank you in advance.


Most services do not use blacklisted IPs to determine whether email is spam AFAIK as there are often a lot of sites hosted on the same IP with shared hosting and services such as CF.

Have you got SPF and DKIM set up with GSuite?

I do have SPF and DKIM set up.
