Hello, I have a problem with my email account, I’m receiving the email from my contact us website form, and a new registered user on my website.
I can send emails to other accounts like gmail or outlook but I can’t receive any emails coming from them.
I turned off CNAME mail and turned off A webmail

If you have and still need further help, sharing your domain will help us a lot 
when I regester to Cloudflare all of them was added automaticly, Ican see them all added

Something is strange at your mail server, at least from my attempt. I tried to inject an SMTP message, and the SMTP session got stuck after entering an address on your domain (interestingly for other domains it does continue and tells you that relaying is not allowed)

If the SMTP itself is broken, then obviously Cloudflare is not at fault (or at least not solely at fault, if you have other issues on the Cloudflare configuration side)
