If you go to forgot password, the email to reset it should come the one which your current or ex-company, now, is using. Except they changed the email system and removed some emails without double-checking which are active, and which are not.
But someone at company should have the email or receiving the invoices, right?
How else are the company is paying otherwise for an ENT customer who should even have the phone support as well?
