My domain was in an Enterprise plan a few years ago. Cannot add it back now

May I ask if you’re the owner of the domain as wel? You’d have to prove this to the Cloudflare team.

Are you using the same email address for your Cloudflare account as for the Communtiy here, or different one? :thinking: (dont reply back with which one it is)

Furthermore, have you lost access to that particular Cloudflare account?

My company is the owner of the domain.

You’d have to prove this to the Cloudflare team.

How can I reach Cloudflare team? I cannot find how. I cannot buy a Business plan without assign it to my domain which I cannot add.

Yes, but I don’t know which email address the Enterprise plan was assigned to. This was done long before I joined the company and nobody knows.

If you go to forgot password, the email to reset it should come the one which your current or ex-company, now, is using. Except they changed the email system and removed some emails without double-checking which are active, and which are not.

But someone at company should have the email or receiving the invoices, right?
How else are the company is paying otherwise for an ENT customer who should even have the phone support as well? :thinking:

It’s been 4 years since we quit Cloudflare Enterprise. That’s why I cannot understand the domain hold.

Yes, but his account is empty. No domains.

We’ll need to go through some steps to verify your ownership to get the zone hold removed.
