What is the issue you’re encountering

When I try to make a payment on my online store, I receive the error screen and my payment provider says that my domain URL needs to be made public.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted my payment provider and they told me to sort the issue out by making my domain public through my hosting provider. Also my CRM on which I built my website.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

This does not sound cf related, rather maybe a mistake with the DNS A record value. Site loads AOK for me.
