My domain still not active after 24h from changing nameserver

I am new.
I just register my domain to cloud flare and change nameserver flowing Cloud Flare guide.
But it’s over 24 hours, my domain still be not activated.

My website is under attacking.
Please help me.

You didn’t say what your domain is, but that DNS screen isn’t what sets your name servers. The registrar for your domain is where you need to update your name servers.

You need to update your name servers where your domain is registered. They’re still pointing to matbao:

nhaphanguytin.vn. 3600 IN SOA ns1.matbao.com. admin.matbao.com. 2018112401 7200 300 604800 3600
