I had a domain in this account. Now I can’t access that domain in any way. First it shows 1022 error for no reason, even if you want to forget it doesn’t work. Then I created a new account by forcing my same email. But now I can’t find my domain in this account. If you add that domain again as a new website, it is pending. I can’t access my domain from the administrator mail.
The domain is registered with Cloudflare Registrar so adding it to a new account is going to cause problems. You will need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket and ask for help to ensure the domain is in the correct account and the registrar nameservers are set as needed for the account that you want to use for the domain… https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/my-activities
