My domain Moved Automatically Without my permission

Hello Clouldflare Staff members.
I need help. Yersterday i check my website. My web isn’t working. Then i checked my Cloudflare everything was perfect. I thought its technicaly issue from Cloudflare it will be fix. Now i got mail from Cloudflare Domain Moved wth i shocked how domain moved without my permission.

I need help i want to get my domain back.
My domain junaidjagirani.com
Hoping for quick action.

Hi, this is the community here, so we are mostly just other Cloudflare users.

I have taken a look at your domain and it does not look to be a Cloudflare issue but rather one with your registrar.

My domain was working fine and i didn’t change any setting then how its possible? How can i get back my domain. My friend got domain for me and added it to my Cloudflare account. Everything was perfect but now im getting this problem.

If you want to keep your domain, you must immediately contact your registrar to resolve whatever issues resulted in your registrar requesting that your domain be deleted

I know but i need solution what to i do for get my domain back. I dont have authentication of domain hosting. My friend setup everything. Now he is out of city.

Unfortunately the only way to do this is to contact your domain registrar (1&1). If you can’t do this, there is nothing you can do. Cloudflare can’t help you here.

Well your friend will need to contact the Registrar (has nothing to do with Cloudflare) because the Registrar suspended your account and you’ll need to find out what if any TOS were violated.
