My domain is registered with Cloudflare and I can't update nameservers

I registered the domain eskera.net through Cloudflare Registrar. However, the domain is still showing the old nameservers (doug.ns.cloudflare.com and maleah.ns.cloudflare.com) in WHOIS. Cloudflare has assigned new nameservers (carioca and jakub), but I’m unable to update them manually since the domain is registered with Cloudflare. The dashboard keeps prompting me to update nameservers, but there’s no way for me to do that.

Your domain is already active on Cloudflare in another account, that will be where the domain registration is held. You have added your domain to another account…

You need to log in and use the domain in the account where it is registered. You may have created that using an iCloud or Google login if you’ve forgotten.

You can log out of the dashboard and use “Forgot your email” to try to recover access to the account where the domain is active.

Thank you for the quick response! I followed your steps, logged out of the account and did the “forgot email” feature but it showed me the same email I’m having this issue with

It does not show in there, it’s odd because I only have two emails and already checked both

Are you sure you didn’t buy the domain through iCloud or use iCloud or Google to log in when you bought the domain? It’s definitely active in another account with different DNS records and that will be where the domain registration is.

If you really can’t find it you may need to raise a support ticket, try a Registrar one, to see if they have a path to help you locate it - they won’t just tell you for obvious security reasons.

Just verified, I used my main email to purchase the domain back in 2023
not sure why its not showing under the manage domain tab

Do you mean the email address that the email went to, or the email address in the domain info?
