My domain is registered on Cloudflare, i want to change the nameservers on the domain to the ones my hosting provider gave me.

Changing name servers outside of Cloudflare provided ones is unsupported, as explained in the ToS.

You’ll need to transfer the domain out of Cloudflare Registrar or use Cloudflare’s DNS and integrate the hosting in the standard way with DNS records.
