The fact is that a domain called proxworld.net was stolen from my account. As I understand it, the attackers did it this way - they simply changed the email from the account to their own. I would like to restore this domain to my account.

I wrote to tech support but so far there has been no response.

That domain is currently using Cloudflare Registrar. When did this happen? Are you saying that they transferred the domain from your account to another account?

Or is it still in your account, but you’ve lost access to your account?

The attackers somehow gained access to my account and changed the email on it. Thus, I had to re-register the account, the domain remained on that account, but it was not my email. I would like to return the domain to my email (account)

You’ll have to open a Support ticket for an Account issue, so you can regain access to your old account. Post the Ticket # here, and we can escalate it.

I have access to my account, the only thing is that somehow the domain ended up on another account and I had to re-register with Cloudflare. I think this is due to the fact that the attackers changed the email on my account and thus stole the domain. That is, my domain is now on the account where someone else’s mail is.

Ok, I’ve escalated this ticket. Someone should be replying on it within a day or so.

I also want to add that I created several tickets and I got an answer to 1 of them, it just takes quite a long time and I don’t know what to expect. Here I will attach screenshots of support responses to my ticket and my responses as well. Maybe this will help speed up the procedure for returning my domain.
