As the screen says, you are not permitted to use the Cloudflare CDN for large files or video from your origin, the ToS are here…

To serve such content you need to either disable the proxy, use an Enterprise plan, or the Cloudflare Developer platform (services such as Cloudflare Stream, Cloudflare R2, etc).
