Currently, it is not possible to connect to foreign DNS servers except for Korean DNS servers. There is nothing wrong with my main server, and it only happens when connecting from a country other than Korea. please help me!

I see there is an issue with the DNSSEC:
Kindly, contact your domain registrar Hostinger and ask them to disable DNSSEC and remove any of the existing DS record for your domain name.
Furthermore, under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard, kindly check and disable DNSSEC if it’s enabled.
Nevertheless, you might have to wait up to 48 or 72 hours for proper DNS propagation and to clear the DS/DNSSEC entries for your domain name.

Yep, working now at my end too.
But, it’s not secured, at least by what I got a warning in my Web browser, so it’s working over HTTP only.
I hope this is expected, or? 
Oh, this is my personal backup cloud, so I plan to apply SSL when the time comes.
