What is the issue you’re encountering

After IP address of my server changed, I needed to update IP address at DNS and also update nameservers. But I cannot change nameservers.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I cannot change nameservers, because Cloudflare acts like the domain does not belong to my account, so I have no control over it. Although I have confirmation emails from Cloudflare that I bought this domain 3 months ago.
How can I persuade cloudflare to return domain to my account? It still offers my tutorials how I should contact registrar to allow the nameserver change, but Cloudflare itself is registrar here.

That’s because it looks like you are in the wrong Cloudflare account.

Please doublecheck that the email address the confirmation was sent to is the same that you now use to login. If you used iCloud login to buy the domain, you also need to use it to login now.
