What’s the domain? Have you contacted your web host to find out if they moved your site?
at https://dash.cloudflare.com， display my domain is moved , i need re-check , my domain become Active status After a few minutes。

Can you also check the Audit Log in the Cloudflare Dashboard? It might tell you how it moved.

This is the only reference I’ve seen, but it’s called “Moved Away.”

First time for me too, This and why we don’t get paid the big bucks… 
Your Domain Manager has the same settings for both domains, yet one domain is Active, and one is Moved. That just doesn’t make sense to me.
Until @cloonan checks in, you should open a Support Ticket:
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support
