My DNS through cloudflare setup changed with in a day but charging 250$/year

I choose initially Pro plan but later changed to Free versions within 24 hrs after seeing blogs of bad support & reports of support is very disappointing. Please revert that 240$/annum charges on my card as the change of services happened with in that evaluation period of 24 hrs.

This needs to be addressed and reviewed by the Billing Team before the Team decides to process any refunds/cancellations.

My Billing Team colleague has already responded on that ticket that the refund is not able to be processed.

I would suggest following up with Billing Team Purnima for further evaluation/disputes.
