Based on this screenshot, Cloudflare is operating in DNS only mode for your root domain and WWW, so any error you see on your website is 100% coming from your origin server. Share this screenshot with your hosting provider - either the origin server is not configured correctly or your DNS records are incorrect. They will need to advise you on both.
