My DNS provider is not updating the DNS entry and I am not able to enrol my domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Added the NS records to my registrar DNS configuration 1 month ago.
The configuration has not been updated since.
The technical service has not ever answered or resolved the issue.

Is there a way to transfer the domain directly to Cloudflare without all the hassle with the DNS configuration at my provider (tiscali.it)?

That is not what you need to to. You need to replace the naneservers, not add NS records.

Cloudflare can’t help you with that.

I did replace the NS records with the ones given by cloudflare.
This 1 month ago.
The configuration has never been propagated by tiscali.it

You need to make the nameserver change at your registrar (seemingly “Ascio” in your case), not at your current DNS provider (which seems to be “Tiscali”).

You could also transfer the domain from Ascio to Cloudflare Registrar entirely, which would take care of the nameserver changes for you.

I got tired of all these hassles and moved to NameCheap instead.
