I updated Nameserver. Cloudflare is Active. However, A Record does not appear to be up to date and 12 hours have passed. Do you have any suggestions for what to do?

Without the domain I can’t check, but if your DNS record is proxied then it will return Cloudflare IP addresses because that’s how Cloudflare works…

If you want to see the record returned as you have set, you need to set it to “DNS only” instead of “Proxied”, but then requests will go direct to your origin and you won’t be using any Cloudflare protections or features other than DNS resolution.
