Hi George. Yes, I configured outlook manually and I used mail.dentalnetwork.com.mx in incoming and outgoing mail server but it doesn’t work. I think that it is an issue in configuration of DNS registers on cloudflare. The error says “Could not connect to the incoming server. Check the incoming server configuration and try again”.
The subdomain mail.dentalnetwork.com.mx
is –not– proxied and resolves to your cPanel server IP address 162.215.174.xxx
as expected. So I don’t see what Cloudflare configuration can cause this again.
I’ll put my money on port or firewall on the server instead.
Ports and the configuration on outlook in the computer where I am configuring the email are ok. Do you mean to the server in cpanel?
