Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

I have only tried my website on local host, never been published. It works in browser under “http://localhost/
I’m new to web development and I did not any complex configuration like setting any open ports, proxy (is off), vpn, etc to my server - don’t know if is the case to do that (?!)

My Account->Workers & Pages-> Overview-> for a project, clicked [Visit site]

Cloudflare Pages is not a PHP hosting platform. You will need to use a web host that supports PHP.

Really didn’t expect to that! Can I get the money back?

Get what money back? Cloudflare Pages doesn’t require you to be on a paid plan.

Cloudflare subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable and are clearly labled in a manner to indicate such.

For the domain. I got one today but since I cannot use it for php hosting, I don’t need it anymore.

Domain name registrations are offered at cost and are not refundable.

There is no reason why you cannot use your domain name with PHP webhosting. You just need to add the DNS records and IPs provided by your PHP webhost.
