yes, it is

What’s the domain and also post the IP address if you are comfortable sharing it.

this is the domain

Not sure, what you define as properly configured, but no, it is not.

That’s also the reason for that error. Make sure your site loads fine on HTTPS and has a proper certificate, then it will work.

I enabled Cloudflare always https, also their encryption to Full

For starters, that should be “Full Strict”, just “Full” is insecure.

But anyhow, your site needs to run properly on HTTPS. Until then Cloudflare can’t do anything.

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: standalone). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Type: unauthorized
Detail: Invalid response from [2606:4700:3032::ac43:b6dc]: "\n\n<!–[if IE 7]> <html class="no-js "

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the challenge files from the temporary standalone webserver started by Certbot on port 80. Ensure that the listed domains point to this machine and that it can accept inbound connections from the internet.

Some challenges have failed.
Ask for help or search for solutions at See the logfile /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log or re-run Certbot with -v for more details.

If it is easier you can also get a Cloudflare Origin certificate. The search has more on it.

how do I install? also im using contabo VPS S rn (Ubuntu 20.04)

I am afraid that would be a tad beyond the scope of the forum and better suited for StackExchange.

It really is just a standard certificate and aforementioned documentation even includes some setup information.
