My Cloudflare Registrar Account is Broken

Yesterday I began having problems when I tried to transfer my domain northamptonnorthlabour.org.uk to another registrar. I went through the usual process, but when I entered the IPS tag of the new registrar into Cloudflare, Cloudflare instantly rejected the transfer and I received an email that implied it was me who had rejected it, but I had not. After this, the option to transfer the domain has disappeared from the Domain Config Panel and I am still unable to transfer the domain. I opened a support ticket but, as expected for an unpaid account, received a response from a bot and then after further enquiring I received another response from a human that just reiterated the irrelevant response that the bot gave me.

Today I have had another problem, I tried to register a different .uk domain in Cloudflare Registrar and an error message shows saying Registration Unsuccessful. I’ve tried this many more times with the same result. This problem is nowhere near as important as the other as I can just register the domain somewhere else but it should still be resolved.

I really need to transfer the domain mentioned in the first paragraph as I am in the process of transferring its ownership to someone else. Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

According to the whois data, northamptonnorthlabour.org.uk was transferred to Namecheap on July 30th, so I doubt there’s much Cloudflare can do at this point.

Maybe you received the cancellation message in error?

I hope that is the case that the message was sent in error. Unfortunately I am not able to routinely check the Namecheap account as it’s not mine. Will ask for recipient to check if it’s showing as transferred.

Update:

I’ve received confirmation from the recipient that the domain has transferred.

The other issue I described is also resolved as well as I have now been able to register the domain.
