My cloudflare is not working?

I bought a reseller hosting. There is a whm panel.my hosting company negotiated with Cloudflare “hosting.com.tr”. When I follow the steps below, my web site is not active in the cloud. Please help.

• login whm panel
• list accounts
• select website
• cpanel > Cloudflare
• domain
• pick all buttons

i can see my site (rengaver.com) on Cloudflare apps but not working. what should i do?

Your domain NS records still pointed to your hosting provider. Cloudflare can’t do anything in this situation.

You have to contact your hosting provider about this issue.
