My Cloudflare account has been hacked. I need to file a lawsuit against the person who hacked my account. It was hacked by a famous company and the settings were tampered with in order for it to convert my website to a link to its website. I have all the tools, including photos and videos. What should I do?

You can check your audit log to track activity, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log

Is the issue the redirect rule on one of the websites in your account?

Delete the rule, change your password, rotate your API token if you use them. Don’t share your account information with other people, use roles to add them to your account.

That’s beyond what we can assist with here.

Of course I did that. I deleted the transfer and changed the password. I do not share anything from my accounts, but I want to raise an invitation on the link where the transfer was made.
