My cloudflare account does not allow to add domains with billing issue

What is the issue you’re encountering

Does not allow to add domain with billing issue

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I paid the pending invoice of 4$ last 2 weeks and still the platform shows billing issue status

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I paid the pending due but the account still shows the same error (billing) all bills were settled not sure is it a bug or do i have any more pending billing to pay? I checked from my account and there is no pending billing.
