It appears that you’ve been blocked from accessing auth0.openai.com. This is something only the OpenAI team can help resolve. You can contact them directly with details of your block, including any error codes and screenshots. Do also include the ray ID, as this will help in tracing the block in their firewall events.

Thanks for your response however the error message screen states that you should be contacted in order to resolve it? Could you advise and provide me with the correct contact details to get this resolved as even their support site does not assist with this or know how to resolve this?
Cloudflare is not the site owner, the site is using Cloudflare and has set their configuration such that it results in you being blocked.
I am pretty sure they do, you just need to find the correct person I suspect. This comment on another thread comes to mind
