My Blogger Website Not Showing HTTPS

After successfully connecting with Cloudflare i tourn off the HTTPS setting from blogger and tourn on the HTTPS on Cloudflare fixable and also use HTTPS rewrite but it’s around 4 hours my site doesn’t have to HTTPS and if I use the HTTPS it’s not open without HTTPS it’s working.
