My billing for R2 is completed

Still I cannot access r2 overview page. It keeps on redirecting to the plans page. I can see in subscriptions that the R2 plan is active and paid but I STILL CAN’T ACCESS IT.

Hi, have you tried this from a different browser or in a private browser window? This sometimes helps.

If that doesn’t work, can you create a support ticket at (category “Billing”) and share your ticket number here?

As mentioned by @Laudian can you please try those steps them open a ticket with the “billing” category please. So we can look further into this.
