What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare is the registrar of my domain. I’m trying to get iCloud to use the 2 email addresses with my domain. but they don’t work. I think I’m missing some step in the process. On the DNS Records page --DNS Management–The message reads—No DNS records. Add a DNS record individually or import a BIND file above. I have no idea what to do to get my DNS records to show up here!!

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried to access iCloud help on this but they have nothing to add. And Cloudflare is so over the head of non-professionals that it’s very frustrating.

Sometimes Cloudflare can automatically scan for common records and add them to the DNS zone for you, but it sounds like you just purchased the domain so there likely isn’t any public DNS records for our scan to find.
