Trying to contact Godaddy, said talk to Cloudflare. Want to see if this is billing issue or DNS? How to fix? Please help me.

This error message is being presented by your origin. This is a webserver error / message and Cloudflare isn’t hosting your webserver.

GoDaddy support may be assuming because Cloudflare IP addresses are shown that Cloudflare is your hosting provider, that is not the case. Confirm with them the IP address your origin is pointing to and if necessary pause Cloudflare so that your origin IP addresses are returned in a DNS lookup.
