My business CF account is blocklisted by Cloudlare. I can’t open a support ticket, they automatically delete it even though I’m on Pro and Business plans. Ex my Case ID: 01256948

I canceled my Pro package before November but then on November 1, 2024, CF renewed itself to December. Many of my Pro domains were charged even though I canceled 2-3 months before. They automatically renew. When I create a support ticket, they automatically delete it? What is Cloudflare doing?

May I ask how did you determine this?
Did you received an email from Cloudflare Trust & Safety team?
Can you or cannot login onto your Business CF account?

Have you had late payments on your Business account?

Is the issue about the domains being charged automatically since you didn’t pay attention about Terms of Services regarding automatic charge or?

From the terms:

When ordering a paid plan, subscription, or add-on service, you must agree to the following:

By clicking “Enable” you agree that you are purchasing a continuous month-to-month subscription which will automatically renew, and that the price of your selected subscription plan level and/or add on(s) will be billed to your designated payment method monthly as a recurring charge, unless you cancel your subscription(s), through your account dashboard, before the beginning of your next monthly billing period.

You will be billed for the full monthly period in which you cancel and no refunds will be given. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum one month purchase obligation.

We may, in our sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit (“Credits”) to you in a specific instance, however the provision of Credits in a specific instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances or obligate us to provide additional Credits.

"I can still access my Business account normally and haven’t received any emails from Cloudflare about any violations. However, whenever I create a support ticket, Cloudflare automatically deletes it, even though it still shows a Case ID. As you know, I canceled my Pro plan before November 1, 2024, and it showed as ending on 1/11/2024. But on November 1st, it automatically renewed and now shows as ending on 1/12/2024, even though the “Cancel Downgrade” button is still there. I have automatic payments enabled for all my accounts and have never had a late payment. That’s also why Cloudflare automatically charged me. To prevent CF from automatically renewing (despite canceling), I had to completely remove the domain and then add it back in.
