A few days ago, I bought a new domain on Cloudflare. and everything went smoothly, not untill the next day. I received an email about payment fraud, which required me to complete verification. The verification was only valid for 24 hours, and I failed to verify in time. Then the account was suspended. My account is free, but I can’t contact customer service and ask him to re-verify it for me. I can’t find the button to transfer the domain name in the background. I checked the official documents and can’t find the button to transfer the domain name. I received a refund from Cloudflare. A domain name purchased directly from cloudflare is no longer available ? Can anyone help me and tell me what to do? Or is there any way to transfer the domain name to another service provider? If you know the solution, please let me know. Thank you very much! Unfortunately, Cloudflare still has got Billing issues ongoing. Cannot tell if true or false for your case since I don’t have any further insights.

It’s weekend and since you’re Free plan type, I am afraid that unfortunately it might take weeks to get any response back to you by looking the feedback from other topics on these forums lately. I am sorry to hear this happen to you. I’d give it a try with another domain registrar and be responsible and more accountable about my service to pay them on time, next time.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

What if i tried buying it again on another account how can i be sure the same issue does’nt happen again?

I have not gotten a single response from support since i started sending out requests i have sent over five now and nothing, i dont even know if it is safe to open another account and purchase the domain again, because i checked it here https://whois.domaintools.com/ and it says the domain is available

You can try.
However, you’d also have to verify your Cloudflare account with 2nd email address and have correct and valid payment information added.
I’d suggest if you’re going this way, use Incognito Mode just in case due to the old data, cache and cookies.
Hopefully, you won’t end-up in a billing error, otherwise Cloudflare might notice and flag this new account suspicious due to the activity of trying to get the same domain name. Just my best guess.

Yes i created 5 i know it’s wrong but its been six days already and i havent gotten any response on any. Thank you for your support though i would be expecting some sort of intervention soon and sure i would stop creating new tickets
